Conducting HR interviews, offer & negotiations

Handling on-boarding Process, Induction &Giving a description on the policies, procedures followed by the company

Updating and maintaining of HRMs data base (CITRIX) and Personal files management (Manually)

Maintaining, Tracking and updating Attendance, Leave, LOP for all employees (On-roll & Off-roll) as per policy

Responsible for Processing monthly Payroll, yearly and quarterly bonus as per the company policies

Handling the employee grievances related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and deductions etc

Preparing Pay slips

Handling monthly, half yearly and annual statutory reports like PF, ESI, and PT

Issuing and Managing ESI Cards and Medi-claim related Issues

Assisted the manager in annual performance management

Coordinating exit interviews & processing the other formalities like final settlements, PF withdraw, Gratuity
•
Ensuring monthly, weekly, daily MIS reports
•
Maintaining Admin Activities Expenses Like printing(ID, Visiting card, Reports etc..) , House Keeping, stationery, Couriers, Bank Account Opening for employees

Coordinating for monthly HR Audit & Attending HR Audit
•
Preparing Visa documents & processing
