PROJECTS

Capacity building and institutional support 🔗
• A greatest training project in the ministry, where the interactive training courses had delivered to all categories of the employees in the ministry. The major aim of this project is enhancing the professional capabilities of the ministry's staff by training them on basic and advanced skills.
• The Ministry of international cooperation is the owner of this project, and MDF (Dutch company) with NSCE (Egyptian company) are responsible of planning and implementing with support from staff of the ministry. MDF is a professional company in Coaching and Training consultancy, NCSE is a professional company with high experience in ODA projects.
• As a member of the steering committee, I monitor the roadmap of the project, and make sure it is going right to achieve the targets of this project. On the other hand, I play as a trainer to conduct sessions of Microsoft office and multimedia.
• Finally, the mission accomplished, and the interactive training sessions covered the business skills we need in the work of the ministry.
SQL Administration Course in El-Ahram
• Course of SQL ADMINISTRATION is a core track of MICROSOFT DATABASE MANAGEMENT.
• I am honored to organize this course at AMAC (AL-AHRAM), El Ahram Management & Computer Center - AMAC is a certified training center for IT Training and Consultancy, it’s belong to AL-AHRAM media institution.
Egyptian Economic Development Conference (EEDC)
• It is one of the most important projects, where it is the first global economy forum in Egypt.
• EEDC project aims to spotlight on the investment features in Egypt to attract the investors from a world-wide, in order to enhance the global ranking of the Egyptian economy. This project organized by the Ministry of International Cooperation, and all countries of the world-wide invited to join this forum in SHARM EL-SHEIKH.
• My responsibility focused on facilitate and handle the Information Technology needs for EEDC unit.
IT Training project in MOIC
• This is the first project in the Ministry of International Cooperation, to build the concepts of the Digital Transformation, where the project focuses on facilitate the Information Technology skills for all ministry’s staff, especially, the staff who have to use the computing system to handle their tasks instead of the traditional methods that waste more time and resources.
• In the cooperation of the project teamwork, we accomplished all desired objectives of this project, and we achieved appreciation and congratulation by the Minister.
IT’s structure building (Computer & Network Systems)
• Design and build IT structure in the ministry, in order to get a high technical performance that meet the business needs. All tasks accomplished by our team of IT Department In the ministry.
“COMPUTER FOR ALL STUDENTS” - National Project.
• This project powered by both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and they assigned the implementation to CENTRA, the main aim of this project is installing a computing system for all schools at Upper-Egypt.
• CENTRA Group awarded ISO 9001-2000 certificate, and it consists of three companies (Centra Technologies, Centra Electronic Industries and Centra Distribution). As a member of CENTRA’s team, I was responsible of leading the technical team to accomplish the action plan of this project.
