Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance

Lead and develop a cross-functional Service Delivery team, including close collaboration with Product Development teams

Manage and deliver client projects of varying complexity—from small to large-scale implementations, system migrations, configurations, and hypercare support

Serve as primary client contact for project delivery, managing expectations, handling escalations, and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices for operational efficiency and compliance with GxP and other relevant standards

Support pre-sales and client onboarding efforts through solution scoping and technical consulting
•
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning across the delivery function
