Maintain and update financial records using Agresso and Excel, including posting journals and managing payroll-related data

Carry out regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate and aligned with departmental budgets

Manage payroll processes including onboarding new staff, identifying and resolving errors, and tracking payments to ensure timely and correct processing

Support budget monitoring meetings by preparing relevant financial data and assisting managers with forecasting future costs
•
Process timesheets for capital projects, ensuring that labour costs are correctly categorised and capitalised in line with financial guidelines
•
Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve payroll queries and suggest improvements to streamline financial procedures
•
Assist with internal audits by gathering required documentation and explaining financial processes to auditors when needed
•
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to senior management, detailing expenditure trends and highlighting any variances or anomalies for review
