Seasoned Research & Product Development Leader with 20 years of experience • Forecast opportunities in the market place and create innovative and valuable research & business intelligence products opportune for the marketplace • Delivered consistent year on year profits for the portfolios managed across APAC & MEA • Deliver insightful and strategic revenue generating research and events portfolio(s) including product planning, forecasting and feasibility studies • Engage with senior level experts and leaders in different sectors for extensive research across APAC & MEA • Prepare and present research proposal for upcoming products to address our clients and the markets needs and requirements • Write-up of proposals, papers and research works for new and existing products • Extensive market and competitor research to develop a sound understanding of the industry's current state of play • Provide inputs to our marketing and communications teams w.r.t media write ups and press releases, etc to various publications • Host events based on our research viz Large scale multi-streamed conferences, professional trainings, webinars, virtual events, etc • Ensure progressive growth of teams whilst expanding existing business portfolios • Instrumental in setting up verticals to take advantage of emerging opportunities by introducing innovative models to boost revenue • Work mutually with Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, Endorsement divisions to develop new revenue sources and innovative models and product formats and performance management to ensure accuracy of market coverage • Turnaround of non performing markets/groups • Monitor budget/spend of products under the portfolio to maintain profitability as well as pricing strategies • Involved in the recruitment, training and mentoring of a team of upto 10+ members at any given time • Build strategy and drive the division towards producing quality products on time and within budget
