Major activities like implementation of management safety policies, site safety induction, regular safety inspections

Conducting training and safety meetings very frequently, assigning suitable personal protective equipment to all the employees respectively

Adhering to the work permit systems and monitoring the working conditions, providing safe access/egress to the employees at all work sites, maintaining good housekeeping, first aid procedures wherever required, developing good attitudes and accountability for each employee

Major areas of experience in terms of activities are advanced firefighting techniques, fabrication works, steel erections, electrical safety, excavation works, works on heights (scaffolds), load lifting works

Achieving zero accident performance by implementing absolute safety at all work sites

Develop and present safety-training modules, includes safe lifting operations, signal/Bank man and rigging

Mobile Crane, Farana, hydra passenger Hoist, Heavy machinery safety training

Mobilization and erection of safety barriers and signs at the required work locations prior to commencement of excavation in close coordination with the Project/Field Engineers and Foremen

Daily observation of work in progress and ensure that proper safety equipment is worn by all employees and procedures are followed
•
Ensure that strict safety procedures are followed during work in confined space
•
Ensure that all safety equipment like gas detector, breathing apparatus etc. incl. lifting equipment are calibrated and in good condition
•
Developed and implemented emergency response procedures and emergency provisions, which include fire- fighting facilities, communication system, escape rules, alarm system and rescue team
•
To ensure compliance with hazardous material and waste management standards i.e., labeling, storage, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.
