Managing, Training and Motivating team of Assistant Managers on achieving sales target w.r.t Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Deepening and Cross sell products

Analyze sales pipeline and trends with senior management in order to forecast monthly sales goals
•
Conduct regular performance review meet to ensure Business targets are in line with Achievements
•
Facilitate hiring process and training new joiners on process and products
•
Reviewing daily performance of sales executives to evaluate strengths and weaknesses on product training and selling skills
•
To manage the End to End Process within the given TAT – from Acquisition to Activation of Accounts
•
To ensure the team members are properly trained on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms prescribed by RBI/Bank
•
Ensure the quality of services is maintained as per the Bank Standards
•
Acquire new Corporate Relationship for Bank through Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and other cross sell products like insurance and revenue products
