Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IIS 7–8.5 environments integrated with .NET frameworks (2.0–4.0)

Publish and manage Power BI reports for country-wise workspaces, including gateway configuration, parameter setup, and refresh scheduling
•
Monitor Task Scheduler and SQL jobs, analyze logs, fix failures, and document issues to prevent recurrence
•
Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) and child tasks (ctasks) for multiple teams, ensuring timely closure and proper documentation
•
Prepare and circulate activity grids with timelines for planned activities
•
Conduct war room calls during incidents, coordinating with multiple teams for immediate resolution
•
Oversee deployment, SSL certificate management, and performance tuning for production systems
•
Perform SQL database operations—backup, restore, log shipping, and maintenance
•
Ensure SLA adherence, perform RCA, and provide client updates
