•
Support Murex EOD batch processes, troubleshoot environment issues, and provide CI/CD and release management support
•
Troubleshoot Murex services, MxML exchanges, and interface-related issues
•
Manage and support 20+ Murex 3.1.51 on-prem environments across DEV, UAT, and PROD stages
•
Deploy packages in pre-prod and prod environments; coordinate testing and generate EOD extracts
•
Participate in weekend patching, environment refresh, and rebuild activities
•
Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and health checks on production environments
•
Respond to user queries and provide technical support for production incidents
•
Run EODs for downstream reports; troubleshoot feeder failures, accounting issues, and other EOD-related problems
•
Automate tasks using Shell scripting and maintain UC4 jobs for routine automation
•
Manage Git branches, including creating, validating, and approving pull requests after successful builds
•
Support release activities: review PRs, revert out-of-scope changes, test release packages, and deploy across environments
•
Perform hotfix branch creation, back merges, and resolve branching or merging issues in Git
•
Execute database refresh, rebuild, and backup activities for DEV and QA environments
•
Document known issues and solutions in Confluence for knowledge sharing
•
Assist developers with deployment scripts and prepare packages for release activities
