Doing sales from 21st July 2020 in which need to meet with customers and generate inquiries by Air and Sea

Doing pricing
•
(Taking freight rates from shipping liner & quote to shipper)
•
Received inquiries for ocean export direct from shipper as well as from internal office
•
Timely revert to customers with their requirements
•
Majorly serving loading ports are Baroda, Hazira, Nhava sheva, Mundra, & Pipavav
•
Have knowledge of switch BL
•
From received inquiries, the same will be floated to shipping lines and NVOCC's
•
Receiving freight rates in details
•
Quote to shipper with their mandatory requirements
•
Close the inquiry with customer feedback or confirm shipment
•
Preparing Draft BL behalf of shipper
•
Send draft bl's to shipper for their approval
•
Release of BL's
•
Knowledge of Mandatory requirements of shipping line
•
GATE IN process in loading ports
•
Knowledge of shipping line documentation such as VGM, Pre-Alert, Shipping Instructions, hand over for rail movement to Concor at icd
•
Regularly provide customer updates regarding their shipments or providing them updates for shipments reaches at destination or required and further assistance to release the cargo or container
•
Doing operational activity whole process from buying to selling
•
Preparing Cost Sheet for expenses and revenues
•
Preparing documents for invoicing purpose to accounts
•
Preparing monthly and yearly reports for Branch to obtain revenue
•
Co-ordination with Shipper, CHA, Forwarder & Shipping Lines
•
DSR (Daily Status Reports) to Shippers
•
Air shipments knowledge for export and import both
•
Also know to prepare AWB & HAWB
