Good knowledge in testing and commissioning of Ingenico Self terminals with technical and supervisory skills involving installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Manning and staging the POS support and providing phone, email and desk side / remote assistance in resolving issues related to maintenance
•
Instant solutions and advanced troubleshooting to IT/POS related issues
•
Travel to customer sites or banks as required to fulfill tasks
•
Monitor POS systems for performance issues, providing proactive solutions to prevent downtime or disruptions

Install, configure, and set up POS hardware and software, including INGENICO/ANDROID terminals and related peripherals

Perform regular maintenance, updates, and system upgrades to ensure optimal system performance

Ensure the secure integration of payment systems, including credit card processors, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
