Implementation of new clients. Its an very important task to implement new client to our team and during the process of implementation maintain the quality and maintaining the AHT (Average Handling Time) for new clients.

Providing training to sub level team mate and new trainee for new implement clients also and to check the quality and maintaining the AHT.

Check and monitoring the dash board create report of the work load and distribute the work to sub level according to the work volume.

Work in Policy, Endorsement, Loss Run reports and Certificates for US Commercial Insurance.
