Designed and led a microservices-based PRA & PTO automation platform, mentoring 2–3 engineers end-to-end.

Implemented PRA workflows including project inventory ingestion, eligibility assessment, discovery questionnaires, risk identification, SMF risk logging, and approval workflows.

Built PTO Metrics Service to generate Permit-To-Operate (PTO) documents per PTS-ID, enabling data-driven release decisions.

Automated PTO metrics including Health Check status, Build Quality, Infrastructure health, Capacity metrics, and Testing readiness.

Implemented batch-based asynchronous processing to aggregate metrics across multiple CSIs per PTS-ID without blocking upstream systems.

Centralized PRA and PTO data in MongoDB, significantly improving auditability, traceability, and release governance.
