Overall responsibility for delivery of EY US Learning services across 6 teams – US External CPE, US CPE Class, Deployment Admin Team (DAT), US Helpdesk, Global CE US External, and Global CE EY Organized Events
•
Lead 50+ professionals and 3 Assistant Managers with accountability for service delivery, compliance, utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction
•
Manage senior EY US stakeholders through Hypercare, Monthly, Quarterly, and Skip-Level meetings
•
Drive performance management including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, LPIC, PIP, probation, and succession planning across Bands 3–6
•
Groom and prepare team members for next-level roles; enabled multiple B3→B4, B4→B5, and B5→B6 transitions
•
Ensure adherence to IBM Growth Behaviors, mandatory learning, ILC compliance, time reporting, and utilization targets
•
Implement Agile ways of working including social contracts, iteration planning, retrospectives, showcases, and value stream mapping
•
Lead strategic workforce planning using volume analysis, forecasting, and time-study data
•
Successfully transitioned the C-Path project under US Global CE new learning policy, adding 5 new headcounts
•
Processed ~124,500 submissions since Jan 2025; achieved ~71% YoY volume growth with zero critical escalations
•
Achieved Engagement Index of 82% (+12 YoY) and Inclusion Index of 95%
