Provide support for special/new development engineering projects team in part development, costing and sourcing and delivery for Electrical, Electronics components & all necessary parts related to the project

Follow process of product ordering, supplier requisition to pay, budget authorization, etc.
•
Identifying vendor for product development, send RFQ’s negotiating with terms and prices & source parts as per technical requirements
•
Monitoring and managing inventory as per targets, issue of Purchase Orders to suppliers & followup
•
Monitor, assessing performance of suppliers, maintaining cost effective practices
•
Implementing logistics strategies, tracking goods from origin point to warehouse
•
Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement
•
Analyse supply chain issues & putting alternative plans in place to meet the production time-lines
•
Experience and knowledge in PPAP, FMEA
•
Experience in procurement of Raw materials-Steel, Polymers, Electrical/Electronic components, PCB, connectors, wires/wiring Harness, switchgears, Machined products- acrylic, sheet metal, injection moulding parts, Sheet metal parts, fasteners, etc.
•
Basic knowledge on import of electronic parts, ISO 9001, 14001 & IATF 16949 , QMS Procedures
•
Knowledge on SAP -MM (ECC6) & MS office
•
Worked in Automotive products development , EV motors, EV electronic Board Controllers, Medical devices projects (with OEM’s like TVS, group, River Electric, MAHLE, Bosch , Shycocan , ePropelled etc.)
