Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using various instructional techniques such as presentations, classroom trainings, group discussions and e-learning platforms like Articulate 360

Deliver a variety of training programs including Foundations, Best Practices, RESP (Registered Education Savings Plan), Navigator (Salesforce) and Estates, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective application of these topics among staff members

Collaborate with subject matter experts, department managers, and other stakeholders to gather and incorporate relevant content, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of training materials

Provide learning support by offering individual coaching, mentoring, and support to employees seeking additional assistance
•
Utilize JIRA to track project progress, prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
•
Manage employee support and trainings for various enterprise technology solutions, including Navigator (Salesforce), Navigator Financial Reporting, Navigator Cloud Drive (Box), ActionPRO, Fee-based platform, iContact and new solutions as they are integrated
