Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Discuss the duties and responsibilities of qualified candidates.
•
Handling the Pre-Employment Orientation for newly hired applicants.
•
Prepare employee contracts: Project Based, Probationary, and Regularization.
•
Establish and maintain 201 files and records.
•
Handling the pre-employment orientations for the new hires applicants and discussing the company profile, HR recruitment processing, Time Keeping, Performance appraisal, benefits, mandatory, and employee handbook.
•
Employee Relationship:
•
Prepare Certificate of Employment.
•
Prepare Certificate of Completion for the interns.
•
Handles and analyses all the issues and concerns raised by the employees from different department.
•
Coordinate with the manpower agency regarding the concerns of the employees.
•
Coordinate with the supervisor and manager regarding their concerns with their manpower.
•
Performance Management:
•
Monitor performance appraisal of all employees.
•
Ensure that all employees due for the regularization contract are being evaluated on time.
•
Ensure and update leave credits with our Log Book Monitoring.
•
Process resignation letter, acceptance letter and clearance form.
