CERTIFICATIONS

Star 1 - Egyptian Swimming Federation
It’s the entry-level qualification for swimmers (often children or beginners) to move from “learning to swim” to “club-registered / eligible for training and competition under ESF
Star 2 - Egyptian Swimming Federation
Star 2 serves as a progression step: after mastering basic water-familiarity + elementary strokes (in Star 1), Star 2 ensures the swimmer can do full-length swims in at least two strokes (free & back), showing basic endurance and competence.
Star 3 - Egyptian Swimming Federation
Star 3 appears to be the final “qualifying” level for a swimmer to be deemed capable in all standard strokes before being fully registered for competitive swimming under ESF. Passing Star 3 seems to mean: The swimmer can perform all four standard strokes (free, back, breast, butterfly) with at least basic technical competence. The swimmer has enough endurance/skill to swim multiple short swims (as in a 4×25 m medley). The swimmer is ready to move from beginner/learn-to-swim status to “club-registered / competition-eligible.”
