Work with the Chairman with the daily responsibilities of the hospital

Run the maintenance department so that the hospital works smoothly

Helping Out all Administrative problems of hospital
•
Coordinating Communication between Doctors and management
•
Take interviews and recruiting of new candidates
•
Making appointment letters for the newly appointed and distribute them
•
Making monthly salary sheets and distribute salary to the employees
•
Interacting with different companies while buying equipments for the companies
•
Coordinating between the Patient and Management so that they do face any problems
•
Looking into the admission and discharge procedure of the hospital
•
Registration of orders, letters, business correspondence and forwarding to the executors
•
Other tasks as assigned
