Manage a portfolio of over 110 key accounts, ensuring strong relationships, and consistent engagement with 70+ active clients.

Oversee revenue streams of approximately ₹45 lakhs, focusing on client retention, upselling, and sustainable account expansion.

Lead client relationship management by proactively addressing issues and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs.

Successfully onboarded and supported major clients such as LTI Mindtree, Accor Group, McKinsey, FIS Global, ICICI Bank,and others, strengthening BECO’s B2B portfolio.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and expand existing accounts.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client expectations are met, and identify opportunities for value addition.
•
Collaborate internally to coordinate service delivery, and promptly resolve client concerns.
