Manage end-to-end home loan application processing, documentation and file scrutiny

Perform customer onboarding, KYC verification and record accuracy checks

Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Operations ensuring smooth workflow & cross-functional communication

Handle customer queries and guide them on required documents & loan status updates
•
Maintain MIS, daily tracking sheets, and documentation control for audit readiness
•
Support compliance by ensuring all documents meet bank policies and regulatory standards
•
Reduce process delays by proactive follow-ups and maintaining TAT targets
