Calendar Management: Manage the calendar of the Executive and ensure that all items critical to the business are on the Executive's calendar National and International with respective time zones

Prioritize requests for meetings with the Executive accordingly and ensure prompt responses to all requests
•
Maintaining office systems, including data/correspondence management + archiving
•
Itinerary Assist in preparing reports and presentations (MERM - Management Executive Review Meeting) for Monthly reviews and Quarterly Board of director meetings and any special projects
•
Client visit: One point of contact between the business and clients for making all required arrangements during their visit
•
Also, preparing agenda, booking meeting rooms and scheduling meetings
•
Event management: Managed the end-to-end process and successfully completed all the events within the BU, such as, Townhall, Socials, Team Building
•
Visa and Travel: Assisted the team with Visa processing and travel arrangements of both National and International travel through booking the tickets, accommodation/In-country site visits and providing Travel kit with all the mandatory
•
Working closely with the Project/Team Leads and help in co-ordination and follow-up on Project reports & updates for the monthly calls and meetings
•
Preparing and collating data for monthly project updates and sharing with the Senior Leadership team in the SA and India Region
