Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through methods like post-training evaluations, quizzes, and surveys

Documenting training activities, participant progress, and outcomes for reporting purposes
•
Prepare recurring training reports and shared to all stakeholders
•
Collaborating with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their training needs and align training programs with organizational goals
•
Collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training content and delivery methods
•
Ensuring that training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
•
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices in training and development, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training programs
