Responsible for stock intake, replenishment and management of over 50 beauty brands (cosmetics, skincare, bodycare, haircare and fragrance) across 7 stores, online website and the UK warehouse

Forecasting buy-in quantities for all new product launches
•
Negotiating returns and markdown funding for discontinued/overstocked stock for sale periods
•
Managing and resolving order, warehouse and invoice queries, working closely with accounts team
•
Uploading brand yearly pricing updates into the system
•
Attending and participating in brand strategy meetings to provide stock updates and analytical feedback
•
Creating and analysing stock and sales reports for brands and internal teams.
•
Training new team members and management of Junior Merchandiser and Beauty Administrator - carrying out weekly 121s and providing ongoing support.
•
Worked closely with the IT team to create a new system for bulk product creation which is now used daily by the whole Merchandising team.
