· User Administration - Responsible for User creation, Lock/ unlock users,
•
reset password and creating & maintaining user groups.
•
· Role Administration - Efficiently creating and modifying Single, Derived and
•
Composite Roles using Profile Generator and Updating transaction SU24 for
•
transaction codes and adding objects.
•
· Trouble shooting missing access or additional access for the users using
•
SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE and working extensively with user information
•
system (SUIM).
•
· Created Service Marketplace IDs for functional and technical teams to create
•
an OSS message to SAP during critical events.
•
· Audit Requests - Extraction of reports, Data required for the selected
•
parameters with the selected criteria, print screens of the records showing date
•
and time stamp at the time of extraction for internal/external Audit requests.

· Efficiently providing Detailed Reports of Users, User Status, Roles, T-Codes
•
and Objects according to client’s strategy and Utilized user and role-related
•
tables USR* and AGR* to extract the details.

· Working on Service requests, change requests, Incidents, Enhancement

tasks raised by customer and resolving them on a timely basis with defined
•
SLA.
