Direct calls to guest rooms, staff, or other departments through switchboard (Hotkync)
Log and perform all wake-up call requests according to hotel standard
Provide hotel services information when required
Follow telephone etiquette according to the company policy
To follow all health and safety instructions, like fire and bomb threat procedures
Submit reservations requests through different channels
