Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR reports and dashboards across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR analytics tools
•
Build and maintain SuccessFactors Story, Canvas, and Table reports across modules such as PMP, Goals, Compensation, and Onboarding 2.0
•
Create interactive Story dashboards tailored for HR, leadership, and operational needs
•
Perform end‑to‑end report lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, development, testing, validation, and deployment
•
Lead report cleanup initiatives to identify unused, outdated, and duplicate reports
•
Establish and maintain report governance standards, naming conventions, and usage guidelines
•
Ensure ongoing data hygiene and alignment across report owners and stakeholders
•
Support the Survey/Engagement team with reporting needs using Glint
•
Provide HR analytics through One Model for HRBPs and Leaders
•
Deliver onboarding and hiring insights to the Talent Acquisition team using SuccessFactors Story reports
•
Assist the Finance team with HR data for audits, compliance checks, and workforce analysis
•
Work with internal project teams and external consultants to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions within project timelines
•
Participate in testing phases, defect resolution, and post‑implementation support
•
Collaborate with business users to ensure report accuracy, usability, and alignment with HR processes
•
Conduct detailed data validation checks before report deployment
•
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by partnering with system owners
•
Continuously improve reports and dashboards for performance, accuracy, and user experience
