Reviewed call and documentation efficiency, audited charts for accuracy, and provided weekly reports

Oriented new nurses and supported them during phone mental health crises

Oversee nursing and unit clerk documentation, evaluate professional performance and clinical competence, manage 24/7 administrative staffing, delegate duties for efficient client care, conduct Quality Assurance reviews, lead campus meetings, and oversee the orientation and supervision of nurses

Facilitate communication with departments, external healthcare facilities, and the community to ensure quality client care
•
Stay informed on available services and support the internal transfer and referral of children and families through bi-annual training, interdepartmental communication, and consumer education

Be part of the on-call rotation to ensure consistent availability and support
•
Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing
