Lead and facilitate monthly Area-Based Coordination Meetings to strengthen collaboration among partners, ensure strategic alignment, and systematically follow up on the implementation of agreed action points.
•
Identify critical needs and service gaps across targeted sites in Lahj Governorate, and actively coordinate with relevant NGOs and humanitarian actors to mobilize timely and effective responses.
•
Established and monitored multi-channel feedback systems (complaint boxes, hotlines, helpdesks, community focal points) to capture beneficiary concerns, inquiries, and suggestions in a timely manner.
•
Ensured timely referral and resolution of complaints through coordination with program, protection, and management teams, maintaining clear response timelines and documentation trails.
•
Develop and maintain up-to-date 4Ws and service mapping tools for Lahj area, with monthly updates to support coordination, referrals, and strategic planning.
•
Train and build the capacity of the local authorities and partners in CCCM by conducting a CCCM training in regular basis
•
Daily supervision and management of CCCM team (CCCM Officers and Assistants)
•
Indicator tracking responsibilities in order to meet agreed CCCM targets

Budget tracking responsibilities

Development of workplans for the CCCM team
•
Receipt and review of CCCM staff reports such as: (weekly reports, Assessment reports, distribution reports, and all the normal CCCM usual tools as: Service Mapping, Facility monitoring)

Ensuring high quality CCCM programming interventions from the CCCM team
•
Represent DRC at Sub-National CCCM, Shelter/NFIs, WASH Clusters coordination meetings and other relevant coordination forums
•
Lead the engagement with the EXU (Governorate, district and Site levels) and other relevant local authorities such as: district directors and other directors of the main government offices in Lahj such as: health, education offices) to ensure a strong and collaborative working relationship to facilitate implementation of DRC CCCM programming
•
Represent DRC with IDP communities, host communities, and other community stakeholders, ensuring a positive two-way relationship and acceptance of DRC CCCM programming
•
Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with NGO and other service providers operating in DRC managed IDP hosting sites, in order to facilitate smooth site coordination of humanitarian service provision
