Supervision of complete installations / commissioning of utility equipment such as steam boilers, air compressors, generators (gas and diesel), pumps others
•
Preventive maintenance planning and repair works on steam boiler and its auxiliary. Spares managements for boilers
•
Generators, air compressors, steam boilers( diesel and gas fired), CNG station, water treatment and effluent treatment plants and general factory facility management
•
Managed all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the equipment, plan for spares and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs
•
Ensure staffs are trained and delegations of roles and shift management
•
Ensuring that all jobs are carried out according to HSE standards of the company
•
Relevant experience in SAP PM module in planning and executions of works
•
Lead and coordinate key engineering activities that affect company’s utilities
•
Provide leadership and coordination with all other groups to integrate project deliverables and plans to support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
•
Ensure all regulatory reports and deadlines are adhered to
•
Monitor and oversee internal quality standards that are met for the operational deliverables of maintenance services
•
Prepare weekly, monthly and other periodic reports on progress in all utility equipments
•
Ensure good practices, policies and procedures for the section
•
Maintain a good and effective working relationship with other department
•
