Part of central project team and responsible for field instruments technical evaluation & closure for 4 sites (Ludhiana, Panipat, Cheyyar, Chamarajanagar), Automation and Digital transformation in polymer section, Implementation of best practices all cross of cluster, Identify the training needs for subordinates in each cluster unit groom and motivate them to take self-decision

Preparing Philosophies, Specifications, Cause & Effect Charts, Schedules, Drawings Diagrams, Datasheets, loop drawing, hook-up drawing and schematic diagram Technical Requisitions Technical Bid evaluation, review all the technical drawing submitted by Engineering consultant comment. Ensure work SOP and WI being horizontally implemented and Work Instruction being updated, legal and statutory compliance being 100 percent compliance

Ensure all the availability of critical and semi- critical spare part adherent to OPEX model of company
•
Ensure plant automation system working properly and all the software and hardware pertain to plant automation are updated and upgraded based on latest technology which fit for Business case with high level of ability to trouble shooting on field instrument and plant Automation (DCS/PLC/SCADA/ DRIVES)
