Regularly monitor business performance and field activities, providing technical guidance and mentorship to women entrepreneurs to help them overcome challenges and strengthen their enterprises.
Work with community leaders, women's groups, local authorities, humanitarian partners, and UNHCR to create an enabling environment that supports women's entrepreneurship and economic inclusion.
Establish and strengthen community-based support mechanisms to assist vulnerable women, including female-headed households, survivors of violence, and women facing social or economic barriers.
Collect and manage beneficiary and project data using digital and paper-based tools to track progress, measure impact, and ensure quality reporting.
Document success stories, case studies, and lessons learned that highlight the transformational impact of entrepreneurship on refugee and host community women and their families.
Collaborate closely with Protection, Legal, and UNHCR teams to ensure that livelihoods interventions are implemented in a protection-sensitive manner and contribute to the overall well-being and resilience of beneficiaries.
Develop training materials and business support plans that respond to identified skills gaps and market opportunities among women entrepreneurs.
Serve as a resource person for explaining project objectives, eligibility criteria, and available livelihood assistance to beneficiaries, staff, partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with colleagues across different sectors to ensure integrated programming that addresses both economic and protection needs of women and their households.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support effective project implementation and the empowerment of women entrepreneurs.
