Good day Name is Jeremie Ilunga , I’m a 22-year-old young man standing tall at six foot two. Over the past few years, I’ve built a strong foundation of experience in both retail and customer service. I’ve spent nearly three years working in retail and wholesale, where I had the privilege of contributing to some of South Africa’s leading stores — Checkers, Shoprite, and Pick n Pay. In addition, I’ve gained over two years of experience in the call center industry, where I learned the importance of communication, patience, and teamwork. I also had the opportunity to work with Coca-Cola, a global leader in the beverage and energy market. That experience taught me the value of excellence, brand consistency, and adaptability in fast-paced environment, along with being multi-lingual and fluent in 4 different languages including French, English, Lingala and Afrikaans. Through all these roles, one thing has remained constant — my drive to succeed and my eagerness to learn. I’m energetic, enthusiastic, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
