Lead global Metal Commodity strategy (3–5 years) and drive implementation across regions, ensuring cost competitiveness and supplier performance.

Execute annual supplier negotiations achieving PPV/cost savings targets, and commercial terms.
•
Support NPI sourcing for OEM programs: RFQs, quote analysis, supplier selection, Business Award, and timeline alignment with engineering/program teams.
•
Resolve escalations and ensure supply continuity for production plants; collaborate with SQM to maintain 0 PPM targets.
•
Drive VAVE/value creation initiatives and identify supplier innovations for global deployment.
•
Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions with cross-functional and regional teams.
