Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, and provide book recommendations and information

Sales and Marketing: Promote books, authors, and events, maintain knowledge of new releases and bestsellers, and participate in sales campaigns and promotions

Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and shelve new book shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, restock shelves and display areas, and assist with stocktaking and inventory audits

Bookshop Maintenance: Keep the bookshop tidy and organized, maintain display windows and in-store displays, ensure health and safety standards, and report maintenance issues

Administrative Tasks: Process orders, assist with events, workshops, perform basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying)
