Complete supplier and performance audits to enhance the process standardization

To Monitoring supplier Q- issue & maintain the action plan records.( for India & Oversea Suppliers)

Preparing Timing plan and tracking the projects status as per customer requirements

Capturing customer complaints and providing swift resolution by establishing and continually improving adherence to the system

Proposing suitable actions to resolve quality issues (incoming, in-process and customer) at root cause level and Implement action plan

Collaborate with QA & QC team as well as CFT Team to identify root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issue

Monitoring Quality team and focused on development of team as well as provide the support to achieve their KPI’s

Process Audit and Internal Audit done as per system requirement and customer requirement and drive closure properly

Monitoring & Maintaining the Gauges & Instruments Calibrations as per Plan

To maintain & close the PCN & ECN for 4M change management control as per agreed plan

Maintain the Change Management Control, Non-Conforming parts management, Incoming Quality management

Controlling process scrap as per the target. And maintained the Quality KPI Metrics

Conduct Daily, weekly and monthly review meeting and follow the action plan for continuous improvement
