Assembly machines were integrated with MES using API with the help of Machine vendor by modifying the software.
API was directly triggered by the machine software and MES transaction was made.
Integrating automation assembly conveyor with MES using kepware
Technologies: IIOT, MES, Kepware, Cognex scanner, PLC
Provided IIOT application by integrating Automation spring assembly conveyor with MES using kepware.
Cognex scanner was used to scan the barcode on the product and data was collected from PLC through Kepware and MES transaction was made.
MES Integration for Laser marking machine with additional interlocks for process improvement

Critical Assembly laser marking machine was integrated with MES using kepware.
