Managing Industrial Relations for 700 Company Employees & 400 Contract Workers and maintaining cordial relationship with employees; working as SPOC to provide them with counselling and address conflict management functions aligned to company norm

Assisting in creating strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, interviewing, offer management ,compensation negotiation and finally on boarding process

Screening and shortlisting profiles as per the requirements; negotiating on salaries and finalizing as per the offer Conducting telephonic personal interaction with potential recruits to ascertain their suitability and obtaining information regarding salaries, their availability

Monitoring and preparing monthly MIS reports, weekly reports, fortnightly reports & daily reports respectively

Performing Compensation & Benefits functions like Payroll functions including Payroll Processing (HRIS Data input, Master data maintenance, Monthly inputs, Pay revision updates and monthly salary process)

Performing the integrated workforce management for strategic & operational demand management, workforce planning, skill management including up-skill & cross skill learning

Managing the administration of performance management programme, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for all staff members
•
Employee End to End Life Cycle, HR generalists activity’s, Meeting with all site’s Sr. In charge, Contract Labour, BOCW, Payroll, Dealing with Local Authority’s & as well Govt. Body. Statutory Compliance, Higher Level Staff Recruitment as per need, Handling Court Case, Administration facility providing entire site staff & SR. Management & Coordinated to concern team member, Training & Development, Disciplinary Action Plan Grievances Handling, CSR Activity’s, HR Documents (Letters), Contractor’s billing process as well maintain legal register, Policy implementation.

Maintain all type of legal and statutory requirements , Factory , Contract Labour, (ID Act) Industrial dispute , PF(Provident Fund) & ESIC(Employee's State Insurance Corporation), WC Policy , Apprentice, Maternity, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF.
•
Distribute to Employee Uniform, Shoes, Diary, ID card and Logbook (Worksheet), Salary slips, and seasonal good work gifts to the employee as per welfare activity’s.
•
Ensure adequate manpower availability as approved by management.
•
Source candidates through internal channels, job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook ,Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, and organize recruitment campaigns such as walk-ininterviews and campus drives based on manpower requirements.

Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate with respective department heads (HODs) for further evaluation. Arrange interview schedules in collaboration with candidates and the internal team.

Facilitate preliminary salary discussions based on submitted proof and compensation review.
•
Oversee induction formalities for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including departmental handover after the induction process. Coordinate the monthly training program for new employees.

Maintain and update the MIS for existing manpower, exited employees, and recruitment-related data.
•
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and agreements for new employees.
•
Conduct HR training sessions for newly joined employees on a monthly basis.
•
Conceptualize and organize employee welfare activities and events at the plant.
