• This Project is about the loan management for the users of UBS

• It had three phases Sanction, Pre Sanction, Post Sanction

• It is a huge repository of client data where all the information of client background & current status is maintained

• On the basis of that the loan is sanctioned

• The information is generated & maintained by risk rater & various Committee

• Then the analysis of the risk involved in this loan is calculated by the committee

• Finding out if any possibility of new business from there is also analyzed

• On the basis of that various control reports & Proposal reports, Credit reports are generated

Loan Management System (LMS)

Technologies: Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, TOAD, AWR reports, Unix

• This project was developed to manage the complete lifecycle of loan processing for a banking/financial institution

• The system handled high-volume loan data including loan application, approval, disbursement, repayment tracking, and closure processes

• Data from multiple channels such as branch operations, online loan applications, and third-party financial systems was integrated into the Oracle database

• PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions were developed to implement core business logic such as loan eligibility validation, interest calculation, EMI generation, and repayment scheduling

• Complex SQL queries, joins, and analytical functions were used for data processing and reporting

• The system supported different loan types such as personal loans, home loans, and vehicle loans, each with customized business rules and workflows
