Cross-Sectional Quality Checks:

Perform routine and scheduled quality inspections in areas including:

Raw material inspection
•
In-process quality at inspection stations
•
Final product quality at the packing line
•
Finished goods quality in the warehouse
•
Equipment checks and service quality at the technical service center
•
Audit Compliance:
•
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits (e.g., Customer Audits, GMP, regulatory audits).
•
Maintain proper documentation and records in line with quality standards.
•
Lead audit responses and track corrective actions for non-conformances.
•
Process Improvement:
•
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S)
•
Train operators and line staff on QA standards and procedures.
•
Recommend updates to SOPs and quality checklists as needed.
•
