Key Responsibilities
•
Aseptic Cultivation & Quality Control: Perform spawn inoculation under rigorous aseptic conditions, strictly aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) protocols to ensure culture purity.
•
Climate & Environmental Management: Expertly manage and optimize climate-controlled mushroom growing rooms, maintaining precise temperature, humidity (RH), and CO2 levels for all phases of Agaricus bisporus (Button Mushroom) growth cycles.
•
Production Oversight: Supervise the entire production cycle, including compost quality, casing preparation, and fruiting parameters to ensure consistency and maximize yield.
•
Process Optimization: Optimize substrate preparation workflow (water content, pH of compost/casing mix) and apply data-based yield optimization protocols to drive continuous improvement.
•
Automated Monitoring & Control: Implement and manage automated monitoring systems (sensors for T, RH, light, CO2 ), adjusting environmental controls immediately to maintain set points.
•
R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with the R&D team to standardize culture media and conduct performance evaluations of new mushroom strains for productivity enhancement.
•
Contamination Mitigation: Conduct microbiological testing during spawning and fruiting phases; enforce rigorous cleaning, sanitation protocols, equipment sterilization, and air filtration to mitigate contamination risk.
•
Team Leadership & Training: Train and supervise staff on sterile technique, environmental safety, and Quality Control (QC) practices.
•
Post-Harvest Management: Manage harvest timing and handling procedures to minimize post-harvest spoilage and maximize product shelf life.
•
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed batch records and performance tracking (spawn run time, flush count, yield per flush) to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
