In charge of the company operations in Mauritius
•
Responsible for the general operations of the company, like preparing Import orders of Medicines, maintaining proper storage conditions, Invoicing, packaging, Stock report, validating export orders, and inventory control
•
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the company staff from time to time
•
Providing advice about health issues, symptoms, and medications in response to customer inquiries
•
Responsible for carrying out all compliance requirements with the local government bodies like MRA, BOI, ROC, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Social Security, and the Pharmacy board
•
Responsible for filing Annual tax returns with the Mauritius revenue authority and ROC
•
Responsible for filling the foreign direct investment report to the Board of Investment every Quarter
•
Responsible and coordinating with the local courier and logistics companies for the pickup and shipping of all export shipments
•
Promoting the company’s product to the local importers of pharmaceuticals within Mauritius and other African countries
•
Responsible for exploring business opportunities in Mauritius and other African countries
•
Responsible for filling up Export orders as per instructions received by the company management and clients
•
Responsible for keeping statistical and financial records
•
Responsibility to achieve the company sales target as assigned
•
Attending seminars and lectures on current affairs and updates in the pharmaceutical sector
