HRMS & Data Management: Lead HRMS administration for Compensation and Benefits, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process automation for efficient reporting and analytics.

Market Benchmarking & Pay Structuring: Conduct compensation benchmarking, analyze survey data, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures.

Rewards & Benefits Administration: Administer salary revisions, incentive programs, and annual bonus cycles; manage employee benefits including medical insurance, claims, renewals, and vendor coordination.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure 100% compliance in payroll, taxation, and statutory requirements through process audits, system controls, and accurate documentation.

Employee Lifecycle Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits — with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and turnaround time.
