Assist team in coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

Participate in candidate interviews and provide input on hiring decisions
•
Coordinate with the client to close the position
•
Assist in organizing and conducting employee onboarding sessions
•
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
•
Facilitate the orientation process to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture
•
Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
•
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy
•
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters
•
Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs
•
Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices in compliance
•
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and other relevant documents
•
Assist in maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy
•
Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
•
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
•
Gather attendance records and leave data for each employee to calculate the number of working days and leave taken during the payroll period
•
Determine the basic salary, allowances, overtime pay, bonuses, and any other components based on the employee's contract, attendance, and relevant policies
•
Calculate and deduct statutory contributions, and any other applicable deductions like advance repayments or employee benefits
•
Coordinate with the Reimbursement team to process any reimbursements for expenses incurred by employees, such as travel expenses or advance reimbursements, based on company policies
