• Supervising the inspection and inventory of all incoming material, as well as preparing, updating, and following up on all purchase orders to ensure that material is delivered on time
• Inspecting incoming materials for quantity and quality as per purchase order, as well as for damage or defects, and managing storage of all inventory items kept in the store
• Preparing and providing management reports on overall store performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Overseeing stock reconciliation activities such as physical vs. system stock, examining, and validating inventory item movements
