Middle Office Trade Confirmation, Trade Settlement (Fixed Income)
•
Receives, review and matching Fixed income trades using Omgeo’s CTM trade matching platform or manually via email confirmation with brokers
•
Monitor and settling the international trade on daily basis and updating macro to manage the international trade
•
Ensured to reach out to the Broker and the Front office to amend or rebook if there are any mismatch on Trade details
•
Oversight of the confirmation/Settlements/Pre matching and Fails process
•
Prioritize the trade as per market and value to avoid penalty and Buy-in execution
•
Worked in daily Fail reports uploaded by the custodian on Fail station, Prioritized CSDR fails, Corporate Action Trades and ensured to reach out to Custodies and Brokers on Pending and Fail trades

Monitored and uploaded fails manually in Fail station which was not reported by the Custodian
•
Worked on Pre matching reports on Fail station to ensure smooth settlement of trades on Settle Date
•
Ensure all market penalties, Buy-in notification are acted upon in a timely manner, passing notification on to relevant counterparties, escalating to business line, trading desk and direct managers
•
Worked with branch for settlement of client trades as well as broker trade
•
Checking with agent on securities set-up of new issues
•
Worked on Partial Request, Manual Fax, Buy in Notification, Factor updates, TBA Pair off, SPO's and wire payment
•
Ensured to update Alert with necessary changes when there is an update in Custodian SSI's and updated the Broker SSI’s in our internal house of application
•
Worked in Account setup in Alert and provided controls to the GC Direct Custodians, New Account openings, Terminations, Broker Setup, Custodian Set up, Updating Tolerance on CTM and BRMG Setup of brokers
•
Demonstrate abilities to be extremely flexible to the business needs and provide round the clock monitoring when required
•
Ensured to understand the requirements described in the Clients' SLA

Responding Email as per TAT in addition ability to process high volume and work under pressure
