Assist in the design and review of Nursing and Midwifery curricula to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes

Participate actively in research and academic development initiatives within the department
•
Supervise students during clinical attachments and practical examinations to assess competency and professional growth
•
Deliver assigned midwifery courses each semester and prepare examination questions in accordance with UCC guidelines
•
Guide and supervise student research projects using the University of Cape Coast (UCC) research format and standards
•
Facilitate simulation-based learning and case presentations to strengthen students’ critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
•
Provide academic and professional mentorship to students, promoting ethical practice, research integrity, and evidence-based midwifery care
