Coordinate with vendors and technicians ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Provide technical advice and support for new technologies (EATS, CRS, SCR, IEGR, EDC)

Ensure maintenance reports are completed accurately and on schedule
•
Conduct inspections to maintain safety and quality compliance
•
Support energy management and sustainability initiatives
•
Handle customer complaints, recommend corrective actions, and ensure service quality
•
Manage workshop operations, highlight key product issues to head office
•
Close service calls promptly in USC portal and prevent breakdowns
•
Maintain 5S and workplace discipline daily
