Checking PO vs GRN (Good Received Note) to smooth payment process

Quality Monitoring- Daily and weekly Monitoring IQC and Monthly monitoring EQAS

Instruments & Reagent - Follow up for instruments delivery within TAT, so that lab can run smoothly as pet timeline
•
TAT-Monitoring lab wise reporting TAT, escalation With RCA and CAPA
•
If any escalation/clarification is coming, personally take care to close the ticket and patient satisfaction
•
Lab Compliance-Following lab wise pan India for documentation part like CMO, pollution certificate, Shop and establishment, Fire services, BMW agreement etc. to run the smooth lab operation
•
Lab Budget – Selecting machine, where CPT is less and quality should be good, so patients get actual report
•
Cost optimization – Deploying manpower according to sample load and that our cost will reduce
•
Operational efficiency- To check the Logistic load and machine throughput along with the manpower deployed
•
Day to Day Operation- CMS Review daily basis, Petty cash review, Monthly Bill check Like( Electricity, Rent,) Etc.
