Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs

Support employee development initiatives, including career planning and mentorship programs
•
HR Policy Development and Compliance: Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary

Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement activities, fostering a positive workplace culture

Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and morale

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

Termination and Off Boarding: Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork
